Position Overview:

• The production associate is responsible for performing quality checks, meeting production deadlines, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect parts before and after production, to ensure quality control
• Follow all safety procedures when operating machinery
• Load and unload parts and materials
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Meet production deadlines in a timely and efficient manner
• Record and report any issues with the production process
• Assist other production workers as needed

Experience:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Attention to detail and the ability to accurately handle and record inventory.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and the ability to follow them.
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and labeling.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Work Environment:

• Conditions may include proximity to forklifts or other heavy machinery and the use of various tools and hardware. The worker is subject to frequent heavy lifting.

Location:

• This position requires an onsite presence at our Pennsauken, NJ office

Requirements

• After receipt of conditional offer of employment, must be able to pass drug screen/physical/background check.
