- The production associate is responsible for performing quality checks, meeting production deadlines, and providing excellent customer service.
- Inspect parts before and after production, to ensure quality control
- Follow all safety procedures when operating machinery
- Load and unload parts and materials
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Meet production deadlines in a timely and efficient manner
- Record and report any issues with the production process
- Assist other production workers as needed
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Attention to detail and the ability to accurately handle and record inventory.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and the ability to follow them.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and labeling.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Conditions may include proximity to forklifts or other heavy machinery and the use of various tools and hardware. The worker is subject to frequent heavy lifting.
- This position requires an onsite presence at our Pennsauken, NJ office
- After receipt of conditional offer of employment, must be able to pass drug screen/physical/background check.
