Position Overview
The Field Project Manager oversees the quality of work performed by service technicians and installers on residential, commercial and industrial doors, frames, and hardware. The Field Service Supervisor is expected to resolve most problems with customers exercising discretionary judgment and analysis. The Field Service Supervisor reports to the Field Operations Manager. The Field Service Supervisor communicates with Project Management team members regarding their respective projects to convey jobsite needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversees the Sub-contractors as needed and Field Technicians in coordination with Field Service Coordinator.
- Ensures quality assurance for turnkey installs and field repairs.
- Generate field reports and communicate with Project Manager’s on jobsite deficiencies & recommends solutions.
- Reviews workload on Service Calendar with Field Operations Manager and Field Service Coordinator.
- Conduct onsite hardware check-ins of materials delivered to ensure accuracy when needed.
- Ensures material is received by subcontractors and checked in to ensure accuracy.
- Takes pictures (when needed) to send to customers/PM teams of work in progress or completed material relating to field install and field repair.
- Field Measure for doors, frames and hardware needs for pre-construction orders.
- Attends jobsite meetings as needed.
- Self-manage own schedule with coordination from Field Operation Manager and Field Service Coordinator to accommodate customer needs and sub-contractor onsite reviews.
- Operational Meetings, bringing to light any topics needing to be discussed relevant to site needs.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

- Candidates must have a valid Driver's License
- This position will be based out Vineland, NJ.
- Travel to active construction sites as required. This includes sites located in New York, New Jersey, Delaware, Pennsylvania and Maryland.
