JOB DESCRIPTION :
The Administrative Coordinator will oversee the entire Motor Vehicle Operation. This will include operation oversight, problem resolution, all personnel, performance measurers, scheduling, hiring and transfers, data tracking, monitoring records and reports related to the operation, balancing accounts and records for the operation, managing support staff and ongoing training. All Fiscal Support Supervisors and staff will report directly to the Administrative Coordinator.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Public Administration or a related field and five years of increasingly responsible experience related to the area of assignment, including two years of supervisory or lead experience; or, any equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above.
Salary Range : 25.11-$33.60 / hr.
