Position Overview
The Client Solutions Specialist plays a key role in supporting the sales, implementation, and renewal lifecycle for new and existing employer groups. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end process of stop-loss RFP coordination, facilitating new group implementation, and supporting the renewal process by working directly with internal teams, vendor partners, brokers, and clients.
Key Responsibilities
Stop-Loss Marketing & RFP Support
- Coordinate and submit RFPs to stop-loss carriers to secure competitive quotes
- Gather and validate required data from internal systems to complete RFPs
- Manage timelines and follow up with carriers and brokers throughout the quoting process
- Organize and package quote responses for internal review and broker distribution
Group Implementation Coordination
- Facilitate initial onboarding process for new employer groups
- Distribute and track completion of all required implementation forms (e.g., Teladoc, UM, PBM, etc.)
- Maintain clear communication with internal departments to ensure timely setup
- Monitor implementation progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
Renewal Management
- Track upcoming renewals and initiate data collection for underwriting
- Submit renewal information to stop-loss carriers
- Compile renewal options and prepare summary packages for broker/client delivery
- Coordinate any updates or changes required for renewal execution
Skills & Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in health insurance, employee benefits, or TPA environment
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with stop-loss carriers, brokers, or employer groups preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Zoho experience a plus)
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
