We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing strategies to enhance customer service and increase sales performance.
Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with company goals.
- Oversee account management processes to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Utilize Leadperfection and other software to track sales activities, manage leads, and analyze performance metrics.
- Engage in outside sales activities to identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials that support sales initiatives.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team to enhance their skills and product knowledge.
Experience
- Proven experience in home improvement sales or related fields is essential.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a sales team effectively, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Strong background in account management with a focus on building long-term relationships with clients.
- Proficiency in using Leadperfection or similar CRM tools for tracking sales performance.
- Experience in outside sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets is highly desirable.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals successfully.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on customer service excellence.
