MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN EXTERIOR HOME REMODELING SALES

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in home improvement sales, construction, and management. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to negotiate effectively with clients. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing strategies to enhance customer service and increase sales performance.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with company goals.
  • Oversee account management processes to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Utilize Leadperfection and other software to track sales activities, manage leads, and analyze performance metrics.
  • Engage in outside sales activities to identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials that support sales initiatives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team to enhance their skills and product knowledge.

Experience

  • Proven experience in home improvement sales or related fields is essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a sales team effectively, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Strong background in account management with a focus on building long-term relationships with clients.
  • Proficiency in using Leadperfection or similar CRM tools for tracking sales performance.
  • Experience in outside sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets is highly desirable.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals successfully.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on customer service excellence.
