What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Representative position at Unified Home Remodeling?
Experience In Residential Exterior Estimates and Sales Required
You will be representing Unified Home Remodeling to our customers on the phone and in person. You will need to know our products and services that we offer including the price by memory but will have a tablet to show brochures and prices to the customers and sales aids to help you sell and estimate jobs. You must be respectful, kind and be able to answer any questions our customers may have. Unified sells and installs windows, doors, siding, roofing, masonry, porticos, awnings, railing, fencing, decking, and more!
There is a 2 week paid training period if needed with our President, CEO and top salespeople/estimators. You will become an expert in home remodeling and be able to present yourself as the expert to our customers, answering and providing suggestions to customers to help them make decisions on their home project.
You will be in charge of contacting the manufacturers for price quotes, writing contracts, writing estimates, calling customers, following up with customers, always treating the customer with the respect they deserve and reporting back to our president with any information about the project.
