Position: Analyst
Unified Industries Incorporated (UII) has an opportunity for an Analyst to support The Federal Transit Administration (FTA), Office of Transit Safety and Oversight (TSO) within the United States (U.S.) Department of Transportation (DOT), The successful candidate will provide transit technical support to the FTA as it assesses the State Safety Oversight Agency (SSOA) and Rail Transit Agency (RTA) during the Safety Enforcement Actions and follow-on support during the corrective phase.
Functional Responsibility: Conducts interviews and research, provides data and document analysis, creates documents, reports, and presentations.
Minimum Education and experience qualifications: Associate’s degree minimum. Bachelor’s preferred.
Relevant experience – at least 5 years. Additional experience is advantageous. Must have experience in safety risk management in a rail environment and familiarity with SSO program requirements, including 49 USC 5329 and 49 CFR Part 674.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
