Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

• Respond to customer inquiries and requests via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
• Manage inventory and coordinate with suppliers to ensure accurate counts and availability
• Track inbound shipments and final mile deliveries daily to ensure timely and accurate delivery
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and excellent customer service
• Work with escalated clients and customers to provide satisfactory resolution to their concerns
• Update and maintain customer orders on our internal logistics portal to ensure accuracy and completeness of information
• Maintain frequent communication and follow-up with clients to ensure their needs are being met

Experience Required:

• Previous customer service and client relations experience
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks according to company goals and objectives
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
• Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Self-starter capable of working independently
• Bilingual: Spanish (Required)
• Microsoft Office: 1 year (Required)
• Customer Service: 1 year (Required)

Job Type:

Compensation:

· $19.00-$21.00 per hour, 40 hours per week

Schedule:

· Monday to Friday
