Job Description :

As a Client Service Representative , you will be a key player in ensuring our customers receive top-tier service. This role requires a proactive, bilingual professional who can effectively manage customer interactions, problem-solve, and multitask in a high-pressure setting. The ideal candidate is dedicated to customer satisfaction, detail-oriented, and thrives on creating solutions in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities :

Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and support.

Provide exceptional service by addressing customer needs and resolving issues promptly.

Utilize Microsoft Word proficiently for correspondence and documentation.

Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Handle multiple tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail.

Identify and solve problems efficiently to support customer satisfaction.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Qualifications :

Bilingual proficiency (required).

Strong customer service skills with a proven ability to manage client relationships.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word; familiarity with other Microsoft Office tools is a plus.

Experience in logistics or related fields is a plus.

Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.

Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
