What are the responsibilities and job description for the Information Service Specialist position at Unified Police Department?
JOB SUMMARY:
Maintains Unified Police Department Records; processing all of the Records Management Incident Reports, to include all arrest bookings that occur at the Adult Detention Center. Performs clerical support duties on a rotating basis, in ten different areas within the Technical Services Division. Provide customer service to the public, as well as private and law enforcement agencies. Performs other duties as required by, the office.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have a High Diploma or GED
- 6 months experience preferred working in a clerical position
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSA)
Knowledge of:
- General office procedures
- Business English
- Spelling, Grammar and Punctuation
- Simple Math (addition and subtraction)
- Professional Telephone Etiquette
Skills and Abilities to:
