- Conduct property tours and showcase our community’s incredible amenities.
- Assist with the leasing process, including application submissions and lease signings.
- Address resident concerns, resolve conflicts, and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain and update resident records accurately.
- Collaborate with the property management team to ensure a smooth leasing process.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or property management is preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- A positive attitude with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work weekends is mandatory

Work Schedule: 8 am-5 pm, Monday-Friday, with extended hours and/or weekends being required as scheduled or as needed to meet business needs.
