Schedule : 7 : 30 AM - 4 : 30 PM (with a 30-60 minute lunch break)
Full-year position
STARTING PAY :
16.34 / hr (High School Diploma, no experience required)
17.36 / hr (Must have CDA credential)
18.41 / hr (Must have an AA Degree in Early Childhood Education)
Additional Benefits : Pay increases and a $500 incentive upon obtaining CDA.
REQUIREMENTS :
High School Diploma or equivalent required
CDA (Child Development Associate) credential or a related degree required OR must be willing to obtain the CDA credential during the first year of employment
Experience working in a preschool or childcare setting is preferred
Passion for working with young children is essential!
DUTIES :
As an Infant / Toddler Teacher Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the educational and developmental needs of young children. Your responsibilities will include :
Assisting children with daily activities
Providing direction and guidance to foster a positive learning environment
Supporting teachers in facilitating age-appropriate educational activities and ensuring a safe, nurturing space for children to grow and learn.
