Salary : Job Duties :
- Collaborate with product, business, and development teams to develop and
maintain Product Backlog.
Work with the scrum team, program manager, and business analysts to negotiate a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for delivery.Develop and execute project plans for each ordering cycle. Design and implement systems for monitoring andevaluating the quality of client programs and services.
Validate reports with End-to-End Business flows per design documents.Conduct UAT Testing support with business users.Deliver reports to project stakeholders to make informed decisions about software quality.Identify and prioritize critical paths, key functionalities, and integration points for end-to-end testing.Perform end-to-end tests on processes, design program documentsper resource requirements, and administer test activities for all phases.
Formulate timely reports and documentation to track progress.Establish meaningful quality metrics to measure and track the quality of software products.Monitor key indicators to assess quality efforts' effectiveness and identify improvement areas.Provide regular project updates, progress reports, and status updates to stakeholders, ensuringtransparency and alignment.
Design stress and performance test scenarios to simulate realistic usage patterns.Manage project closure process,s including finalizing projectdeliverables, conducting post-project evaluations, and documenting lessons learned.
Optimize system performance through performance tuning and capacity planning.
Define end-to-end test scenarios that mimic real-world user interactions and workflows.
Work Location : Various unanticipated work locations throughout the United States;relocation may be required. Must be willing to relocate.
Minimum Requirements :
Education : Bachelor Computer Engineering or Computer Science (will accept foreign
education equivalent)
Experience : Five (5) years
