Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and passionate Volleyball Coaches to join our team. The ideal candidates will have experience as an athlete and/or volleyball coach with a commitment to teaching and developing young athletes. This role involves teaching the fundamentals and advanced techniques of volleyball, promoting teamwork and fostering a positive environment for players to grow both on and off the court.

- Camp/Clinic Coaches (opportunities available on weekends and holiday breaks during the school year and camps during the summer)
Responsibilities
Responsibilities dependent on actual role, but may include:
- Develop and implement practice plans that enhance players' skills and performance.
- Educate athletes on game strategies, techniques, and rules of volleyball.
- Run camps and clinics in a positive and energetic atmosphere, ensuring that all athletes are getting feedback and reps. Camp and clinic plans will always be provided.
- Monitor players' progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
- Organize and oversee competitive matches, including scheduling games and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Maintain a safe training environment by adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with players, parents, and club directors.
Ideal Requirements
- Experience in sports coaching, particularly in volleyball. New to coaching? That's ok! We provide training and coach development.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire young athletes.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with players of varying skill levels.
- A commitment to continuous learning and professional development in coaching techniques.
- An energetic, encouraging and positive coaching philosophy that leads towards the development of all athletes.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Seasonal
