Overview
Unified Women’s Healthcare is the leading national platform for women’s healthcare with over 900 affiliate practices and 2500 providers in 19 states. Our affiliate partner in Illinois, Midwest Center for Women's Healthcare, is currently seeking an experienced WHNP to join their Hoffman Estates, IL location; candidate will be expected to see patients at their Arlington Heights locations as well. This is an ideal position for an experienced WHNP looking to join a premier practice that has been serving the community for many years. Note : Candidate must have 1-2 years experience working as a WHNP in an OBGYN clinic to be considered for this position.
Position Highlights :
- Signing bonus with competitive compensation offer
- Well-established practice consisting of 3 OBGYN physicians and 3 NP's
- Clinic only, no call obligations or inpatient rounding
- Will see patients at Hoffman Estates and Arlington Heights
- Perform patient exams, screenings, treatments, and record patient health history
Prescribe medications, therapies; order / perform and interpret diagnostic testing and procedures
Provide pre and post-natal care, family planning services, and patient education and counseling
Assist and work closely with physicians to provide patient care

Requirements :
National Nurse Practitioner certification or ability to obtain
Unrestricted, active licensure in the State or ability to obtain
Current Unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain
CPR, BLS, and NALS Certification or ability to obtain
Proficient in assessment and development of treatment plans
Ability to communicate with patients, team members and management staff
Ability to make care decisions based on the best medical practices without direct supervision or guidance by a physician
One year of full-time experience working as a WHNP in an OBGYN clinic
