Overview
The Operations Systems Analyst is responsible for providing a high level of client service and direct support to the divisions, physician members, practice managers as well as some of the company vendors. The Operations Systems Analyst communicates with all members of the organization including care center staff, providers and colleagues while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. This position may occasionally conduct training or need to travel. They will be responsible for matching unsolicited results within the Clinical Message Manager, deleting erroneous encounters or results, system testing, maintaining clinical compliance policies and maintaining spreadsheets such as tracking new and terminated providers. The Analyst will also participate in vetting system upgrades and testing. This position also takes part in CWC’s value-based care initiatives by sharing the administrative functions. This employee must multitask, conscientiously follow-up on issues and escalate situations requiring managerial intervention when appropriate.

Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance of department policies and procedures
- Subject matter expert - NextGen EHR, DM
- Provide Tier 1 support for system processes to include clinical and non-clinical documentation.
- Liaison between physician practices and software development team
- Liaison with laboratories, radiology facilities and state registries
- Match unsolicited results in Clinical Message Manager
- Deletion of erroneous encounters or results
- Reading software company publications - release notes, critical issues and implementing and announcing, accordingly
- System and interface testing in both production and testing environments
- Identify, document, and address unique or recurring problems
- Run Advanced Audits (HIPAA, Compliance)
- Audit reporting for divisional and/or site compliance; advise on workflows
- Work with Training Department on recorded training modules and reference guides
- Maintain spreadsheets tracking new and terminated providers; reconcile license invoicing
- Activation of user licenses for various interfaces applications
- Validation of staff certifications for CPOE
- Maintain sonogram interface user list for IT
- Engage with learners and evaluate their needs
- Remain actively engaged in user interactions, workflow analysis and on-site support.
- Create and maintain training materials which may include but is not limited to reference guides, flowcharts, and pre-recorded eLearning.
- Integral in testing new NextGen features as well as new technologies
- Perform Integrity Review including but not limited to NextGen File Maintenance setup for providers, resources, locations etc.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
- Hybrid role, with occasional travel required to the DC, VA and MD markets
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- At least five years of healthcare experience
- At least two years of training or teaching experience
