ABOUT THE ROLE
The Facilities Associate is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the UAN Facility. This associate will perform a variety of duties related to the cleaning of warehouse areas, meeting rooms, and other facility areas as assigned. Also performs light facility and equipment maintenance. Helping heroes makes you one too. This is your chance! Helping nurses, therapists, veterinarians, and other healthcare professionals feel comfortable and look great as they work miracles large and small.
HERE’S THE GOOD STUFF

Base pay starts at $17 an hour
- Earn $.75 more/hour for evening shifts
- Earn $1.00 more/hour for weekend shifts
- Must be able to work Saturdays and Sundays, as needed
- Free Weekly Meal Allowance @The Marketplace!
- Onsite self-service café: Full-Time Team Members get a weekly allowance of $35 for free meals and snacks
WHAT YOU’LL DO
-
Responsible for minor building maintenance repairs
- General warehouse cleaning and organizing
- General maintenance and preventive maintenance around the facility
- Maintaining outside grounds
- Responsible for keeping warehouse organized and cleaned
- Assisting with projects such as reconfiguring buildings, moving office space, and other light facilities functions
- Assist with the inventory and maintenance of existing furniture and equipment
- Assist with the set-up of meeting rooms: furniture, chairs, tables, projectors, easels, flip charts, white boards, etc.
- Required to operate various types of power equipment
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
-
Previous custodial experience in a warehouse or manufacturing facility required (1-5 years)
- Motivation, Innovation, Passion, Integrity, Teamwork, Customer-Focus.
- General knowledge of hand tools
- Strong organizational skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
IT’S A PHYSICAL JOB

Walk up to 5 miles a day
- Stand, walk or sit for long periods of time
- Crouch, kneel or crawl (occasionally)
- Lift, push or pull up to 40 pounds
- Be able to handle noisy conditions
