Job Description
Unifour Fire & Safety, a Southeastern leader in full-service fire protection inspections and repair, is seeking an experienced Office Administrator for our Fire Alarm Division. Hours for this job are Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm.
Position Requirements:
- Previous experience working for a service company
- Great Communication and Phone Skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Work, Excel & Outlook)
- Accurate data entry skills, high level of attention to detail
- Positive Attitude and Ability to Interact Professionally with others
- Must be able to multi-task and work well in a high paced environment
Job Duties:
- Schedule Fire Alarm Inspections with customers
- Billing inspection jobs
- Follow up with customer on repair quotes
- Provide customer service for Fire Alarm Department
- Assist with other divisional Admins as needed
