Job Responsibilities:
- Technical Support: Provide expert technical assistance to customers regarding the application and performance of Alkegen’s products. Address customer inquiries and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Product Development: Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to assist in the development and optimization of new products based on customer feedback and market needs.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, conducting presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and applications of Alkegen’s materials.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and customer requirements to identify opportunities for product improvement and new applications.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure alignment on product capabilities and market positioning. Provide technical insights to support sales strategies.
- Training and Education: Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for customers and internal teams to enhance understanding of product applications and technical specifications.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including application notes, specifications, and case studies to support customer engagement and product development.
Qualifications/ Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- 5 years of experience in application engineering or a related technical field, preferably within the advanced materials or manufacturing industries.
- Strong understanding of materials properties and engineering principles related to product applications.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficient in technical documentation and software tools relevant to engineering and project management.
