Job Responsibilities:
Execute technical development assignments based on general instructions to assist Development Engineers.
Operate a variety of instruments and equipment proficiently to achieve accurate results.
Skillfully apply techniques and procedures in various development projects.
Assist in the establishment of procedures and techniques for new operations, including equipment and processes.
Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
Demonstrate initiative and practicality in problem-solving and project execution.
Maintain neat and accurate records of work performed, including data collection and observations.
Collaborate with team members and provide support as needed to ensure project success.
Adapt to changing project requirements and demonstrate dependability in completing assigned tasks.
Education:
Associate’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering Technology, Applied Science) or equivalent experience.
1 to 3 years of experience in a technical development or laboratory environment.
Proficiency in operating laboratory instruments and equipment relevant to the role.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with limited supervision.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining safety standards.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and report findings.
