What are the responsibilities and job description for the AP / AR Analyst - German Language Specialist position at Unifrax India Private Limited?
Job Requirements
1. Good exposure to AP / AR activities primarily Invoice Processing, Payments, Vendor & Customer Creation & Cash Applications
2. Involvement in transitions for KA & KT & contributing by creating process documents, contacting various Internal & External stakeholders, creating process maps etc
3. Familiar with AP & AR process flow and should be able to resolve queries within stipulated timeframe, doing regular follow-ups with different line of businesses for closure of open action items & provide back up wherever required
4. Ability to work independently, self motivated, quick learner & willing to go extra mile to meet the process requirements
5. In-depth knowledge of different ERP's for e.g. SAP, Oracle, PRMS (AS400) etc
6. French language Specialist with an experience in conversing with native speakers and should be able to accountably lead the transition
