As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing and developing the Engineering and Maintenance teams, driving process improvements, and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our manufacturing facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules, procedures, and protocols to ensure equipment reliability and effectiveness.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvements and implement changes that drive business results.
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including operations staff, quality department, and external partners.
• Drive continuous improvement through lean principles, identifying and eliminating waste, and optimizing workflows.
• Implement and maintain effective communication channels with team members, ensuring open dialogue and transparency.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive process improvements and innovations.
