The BAS Graphic Quality Control Analyst is responsible for maintaining the quality and consistency of graphics used in building automation systems. This role involves working closely with the design and engineering teams to ensure that all graphics meet the highest standards of accuracy, usability, and aesthetics.
Responsibilities
- Review and analyze web-based graphical user interfaces for any errors or inconsistencies.
- Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to understand the requirements for each project and ensure that the graphics meet these requirements.
- Assist with developing and implementing processes for quality control. This may include creating checklists, conducting regular audits, and providing training for other team members on quality standards.
- Provide constructive feedback and recommendations to improve the quality of graphics. This may include suggesting new design elements, recommending changes to existing graphics, or identifying areas for improvement in the quality control process.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in building automation and graphic design. Use this knowledge to inform quality control processes and standards.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Previous experience in quality control, graphic design, HVAC or building automation role is preferred.
- The ideal candidate should be a self-starter with excellent time management skills. Capable of prioritizing tasks, setting goals, and meeting deadlines effectively.
- Strong attention to detail is essential in this role, as it involves reviewing and approving graphics for use in building automation systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, as this role involves providing feedback and collaborating with various teams.
- Ability to identify issues with graphics and suggest solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Products: Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft SharePoint. The candidate should be comfortable using these tools to create documents, manage data, collaborate with team members, and streamline workflows.
- Previous experience with Reliable Controls software suite is desirable but not a requirement.
