Key Position Requirements
- Responsible for start-up and troubleshooting automation control systems pertaining to air distribution equipment, air handlers, valves, variable speed equipment, exhaust systems, lighting, chill water, and boiler systems.
- Many projects include replacement, renovation, or retrofit of building HVAC systems.
- This position requires a passion and dedication to providing the customer with innovative and superior building automation systems and outstanding customer service.
- Candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting automation control systems pertaining to air distribution equipment, air handlers, valves, variable speed equipment, exhaust systems, 3rd party integrations, lighting, chill water, and boiler systems
- Respond to service request on-site, remotely or by phone support.
- Diagnostic capabilities to troubleshoot issues with BAS systems, identify and execute corrective action
- Execute service agreements by performing preventative maintenance inspections and unscheduled service calls
- Review system operating conditions, trends, alarms, loop tuning, etc. during inspections
- Create parts and labor estimates for repair services and proposed service projects
- Develop customer relationships by keeping them informed of service provided, provide recommendations for system upgrades and enhancements where applicable
- Document all services provided, recommendations and review with customer upon completion of service calls
- Work with project installation teams on an interim basis to assist as requested

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma (or equivalent)
- Practical experience with one or more of the following systems; Reliable, ALC, Johnson Controls, Siemens, Honeywell, Niagara
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Building Automation Controls
- HVAC systems knowledge
- BACnet integration knowledge
- Ability to work with others in a collaborative environment to achieve customer satisfaction
- Experienced with using Microsoft Office Applications
