Unify Health Services is hiring Industrial Health Clinicians to champion employee wellness and injury prevention within our client's workforce. This full-time role is part of our modified 1st shift: MondayThursday, either 10 AM8:30 PM or 11 AM9:30 PM.

Who You Are:
Youre a Certified Athletic Trainer, Physical Therapist Assistant, Occupational Therapist Assistant, or Exercise Physiologist skilled in manual therapy, with a passion for:

Injury prevention and rehabilitation

Employee wellness and workplace fitness

Building strong communication and collaboration within teams
What Youll Do:
As an Industrial Health Clinician, your responsibilities will include:

Leading and maintaining on-site injury prevention programs
-
Conducting ergonomic assessments and implementing early intervention strategies
-
Rolling out wellness initiatives and providing job coaching
-
Ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols
-
Conducting group or individual conditioning classes and personal training sessions
-
Promoting wellness and expanding the companys fitness program
Key Responsibilities:

Designing and executing prevention programs, including work simulations and coaching

Engaging employees in health-focused initiatives and educational workshops
-
Collaborating with HR, safety teams, and management to optimize workplace wellness
-
Tracking and analyzing program metrics to measure success
Physical Demands:

Frequent walking, sitting, and computer use

Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.
