This part-time role requires 16 hours of on-site coverage Monday through Friday, with variable shifts between 6 AM - 8 PM, depending on client needs.

Who You Are
Were looking for a dedicated professional with:
A degree in Exercise Science or Kinesiology (Bachelor's or Master's).

Certification as an Exercise Physiologist.

A passion for preventative care, rehabilitation, and workplace wellness.

Strong communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.

Experience evaluating injuries and manual therapy - Required Experience
What You'll Do
As a key part of our team, youll:

Conduct pre-employment screenings to ensure employee readiness.

Lead body mechanics training and provide effective job coaching.

Perform early intervention sessions and ergonomic assessments.

Implement wellness initiatives and work simulation programs.

Monitor and maintain compliance with health and safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities
Youll play a pivotal role in creating healthier workplaces by:

Managing and executing on-site prevention programs, such as work simulation and job coaching.

Promoting health initiatives and engaging staff in wellness programs.

Collaborating with HR, safety teams, and management to drive outcomes.

Tracking and reporting program metrics to evaluate success.
Physical Demands
This role involves:

Frequent tasks: Walking, sitting, computer use.

Occasional tasks: Lifting up to 50 lbs.
