Role Overview: Join us as a Case Manager, responsible for coordinating and managing all activities related to injured individuals. You'll serve as a crucial link between the injured party, employer, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders. This position demands expertise in workers' compensation and disability, potentially involving various disciplines such as: administrative work, adjustor, case worker, medical assistant, and/or Industrial PT, OT, or ATC, all other fields associated.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30AM - 4PM (with virtual on-call duties 24/7)
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in workers' compensation or as an adjustor
- Proficiency in navigating EMR software and understanding of HIPAA and Patient Privacy Act preferred
- Background in case management or vocational health
- Familiarity with electronic medical records
- 4-6 years of workers' compensation experience highly preferred
Work Environment:
- On-site within an industrial setting
- Steel Toed Safety Shoes mandatory
- Hearing Protection may be required
- Safety Glasses required
Physical Demands:
- Regular standing, walking, and sitting
- Ability to lift 35 lbs. or more
- Quick response to emergencies on the shop floor carrying necessary equipment
Responsibilities:
- Develop and leverage community resources to cater to client needs.
