Who You Are:
- Certified Athletic Trainer, Physical Therapist Assistant, Occupational Therapist Assistant, or Exercise Physiologist with manual therapy skills.
- Passionate about injury prevention, rehabilitation, and employee wellness.
- Excellent communicator and team player.
What Youll Do:
- Lead and maintain on-site injury prevention programs.
- Conduct ergonomic assessments and provide early intervention strategies.
- Implement wellness initiatives and offer job coaching.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols.
- Conduct conditioning classes.
- Provide personal training for individuals or groups.
- Promote wellness and fitness to grow the fitness program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute comprehensive prevention programs, including work simulation and coaching.
- Engage employees in health initiatives and promote wellness.
- Collaborate closely with HR, safety teams, and management.
- Track and report program metrics to evaluate outcomes.
Physical Demands:
- Frequent walking, sitting, and computer use.
- Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.

- Professional attire with site-appropriate PPE as needed.
