Are you a dynamic professional looking to make a real impact? Were hiring Industrial Clinicians to provide top-notch injury prevention for our workforce. We are searching for a full time team member with availability to provide 40 hours of on-site coverage Monday-Friday between the hours of 6a-8p. The shift times are variable and subject to change depending on client need.

Who You Are:
- Athletic Trainer or Physical Therapist Assistant.
- Passionate about preventative care and rehabilitation
What Youll Do:
- Pre-employment screenings.
- Body mechanics training and job coaching.
- Conduct early intervention and ergonomic assessments
- Implement wellness and work simulation programs.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute onsite prevention programs, with work simulation and job coaching.
- Promote health initiatives and engage with staff
- Collaborate with HR, safety teams, and management
- Track and report program metrics
Physical Demands:
- Frequent walking, sitting, and computer use
- Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs
Dress Code:
- Professional attire with site-appropriate PPE as needed
