Reports to: VP of Central Florida
Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 Incentives (Averaging $30,000)
Car Allowance: $650/month (pre-tax, taxed accordingly) 50% of the IRS tax rate for company miles traveled (excluding home-to-work travel)

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious completion. Responsibilities include resource planning, budgeting, monitoring progress, and stakeholder communication.
Essential Functions:
- Plan, direct, and control projects.
- Supervise material and personnel resources.
- Review and implement plans & specifications.
- Ensure compliance with contracts and budgets.
- Manage project workforce needs with Operations.
- Work with contractors and end-users to meet deadlines and budgets.
- Prepare estimates, change orders, and reports.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Maintain job safety and conduct bi-monthly safety meetings.
- Promote training and professional development.
Qualifications:
- Two-year technical degree preferred.
- 5 years in mechanical project management.
- 2 years in estimating and bid preparation.
- Experience with medium to large projects.
Skills & Abilities:
- Strong HVAC&R knowledge.
- Ability to read plans & specifications.
- Familiarity with industry codes.
- Leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Project, and estimating.
