An experienced Reliability and Maintenance Supervisor is needed to lead maintenance efforts, enhance equipment reliability, and optimize facility performance. This role is critical in overseeing maintenance personnel, implementing reliability strategies, and ensuring safe, efficient operations of all systems and equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, lead, and support maintenance staff, including technicians and mechanics, to ensure effective execution of maintenance tasks.
- Schedule and assign maintenance activities, ensuring timely and efficient task completion.
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to minimize equipment downtime.
- Investigate and resolve equipment reliability issues by identifying root causes and implementing long-term solutions.
- Monitor equipment condition through inspections and audits to ensure operational readiness and compliance.
- Oversee spare parts inventory and ensure availability of critical components.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and performance metrics.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field, and/or equivalent hands-on experience.
- 7 years of experience in industrial reliability and maintenance, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing machinery, maintenance practices, and reliability improvement techniques.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and maintenance budgets.
- Proficiency in maintenance management systems (CMMS) and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication; ability to work cross-functionally and manage vendors.
