We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer with deep experience in agent-based workflow development and a strong background in the Financial Services Sector (FSS). This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days per week onsite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and optimize agent-based AI workflows
- Lead the development and deployment of AI models tailored to financial services applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive AI strategy and technical execution
- Develop robust, scalable code using Python
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to architectural decisions

Required Qualifications:
- 5 8 years of experience in AI engineering, with a focus on agent-based systems
- Demonstrated success working on projects within the Financial Services Sector (FSS)
