What Will You Do?
The Administrative Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the front entry operations of our call center, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for employees and visitors. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining site operations by coordinating with cleaning and maintenance vendors, organizing site activities and events, and managing various administrative functions to support the smooth running of the center.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise front entry operations, ensuring a secure and organized reception area.
- Coordinate with the cleaning company to ensure all duties are performed according to agreed standards.
- Assist in planning and executing site activities and events for agents and staff.
- Place maintenance requests and follow up to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Identify and liaise with vendors for office supplies, maintenance, and other site needs.
- Support general administrative functions to facilitate efficient office operations.
- Serve as the main point of contact for office management-related inquiries and issues.
- Maintain an inventory of office and facility supplies, ensuring stock is replenished as needed.
