Role: Manufacturing Division
Position Overview:
Your role as a Conformal Coating Specialist is to master the use of coating and dispensing machinery. You'll oversee the masking of circuit boards, ensuring impeccable coating applications. Directly reporting to the Production and Warehouse Operations Manager, your position is pivotal in maintaining our quality standards at the Unigen headquarters in Newark.
Key Responsibilities
- Skillfully manage multiple dispensing and coating machines to align with product specifications.
- Accurately mask and tape circuit boards to protect areas from the conformal coating process.
- Conduct thorough inspections to ensure precision in coating applications.
- Uphold the integrity of coating and dispensing machinery for optimal operation.
- Address any machine discrepancies with manual touch-ups to maintain high quality.
- Facilitate manufacturing by transporting components between production stages.
- Regularly update fluids and components for efficient machine functionality.
- Engage in additional tasks as directed by your supervisor.
- Contribute to a well-organized, clean, and efficient work environment.
Education and Experience Required
- Experience operating machine equipment.
- Understanding of the materials involved.
- Previous task familiarity is an asset.
- Physical capacity to manage a range of weights (from 5lb to 20lb).
- Flexibility to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods.
- Proficiency in working independently while prioritizing safety.
