Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target new business opportunities in the automotive, engineering, and construction industries.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet revenue goals.
- Leverage our minority-owned status to access government contract opportunities.
- Buid and nurture relationships with key decision-makers.
- Maintain an organized work environment through our CRM System, Bullhorn.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
- Knowledge of government contracting processes and regulations.
- Familiarity with the automotive, engineering, and construction industries.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
