Responsibilities

• Business Development & Sales
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in staffing and recruiting.
• Develop and execute a strategic outreach plan to connect with decision-makers.
• Conduct outreach via calls, emails, networking, and in-person meetings to generate leads.
• Client Relationship Management
• Serve as a trusted advisor, understanding client hiring needs and delivering customized staffing solutions.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business.

Requirements
• Sales, business development, or recruiting experience is a plus but not required.
• A people-person—enjoy meeting new people and building relationships.
• Confidence and enthusiasm in selling and negotiating.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and excited to chase new opportunities.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
