Job Purpose
This Associate Director NRM and Design for Channel (D4C) Manager is responsible for driving the growth of the Savory and Condiments Category for Unilever.
Main Responsibilities
- Drive Channel & Customer prioritization – Channel Strategy, pricing, trade promotion.
- Design investment and execution principles to deliver Sales Fundamentals (SPI, CPP, TDP/ SOS/ Distribution).
- Understand and articulate industry insights, business results & investment needs.
Key Skills
- Strong leadership, communication and influence skills.
- Able to work cross functionally and cross division within Unilever.
- Championing NRM channel specific capability including channel specific strategy, data and analytics.
Requirements
- Minimum of BA/BS degree, MBA a plus.
- 6-10 years consumer product goods industry exp. with background in Category Management.
- Excellent financial, analytical and communication skills.
