WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
As an Associate Shopper Marketing Manager for the Personal Care Business Unit, you will connect E2E planning for PC across Value, Club and Grocery customers. You will work with cross-functional partners and Shopper Marketing colleagues to ensure that PC priorities are embedded across customer plans. In addition you will lead Beauty and Personal Care planning at Club Channel customers, developing fully integrated plans that draft off the brands’ national demand creation efforts. You will analyze, measure and optimize shopper marketing plans by understanding business results, shopper dynamics industry insights. The ability to identify retail-specific business building opportunities will help set the strategy to drive efficient and effective programming, across both traditional and omni-channel levers. You’ll focus on driving thought leadership and strategic thinking as you work with and build strong relationships with brand teams, CBD, cross-functional partners and the customer to develop and execute world class omni-solutions and shopper marketing plans. You will be responsible connecting the E2E marketing process and delivering annual planning for Club customers, including writing agency briefs, customer presentations, agency guidance, creative reviews and program evaluation.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
- Undergraduate degree in Marketing, MBA a plus
- 3-5 years’ experience in development of brand business objectives and marketing strategies.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the consumer packaged goods industry, retail channels and account specific marketing
- Strong communication & influencing skills

Understanding of promotional tactics, process flow, execution and fulfilment processes.
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint. - Experience in digital marketing and understanding of consumer behaviour in this space

Pay: The pay range for this position is $86,080 to $129,120. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
