About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Control and Automation Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Operations group, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliable and safe operation of our factory controls.
Your primary responsibilities will include diagnosing and resolving control system issues, implementing changes to drive root cause analysis and prevent recurrence, and working closely with Operations and Maintenance Teams to support PLC and ControlLogix programming.
Additionally, you will lead root cause analysis to maximize plant efficiency, drive and support the Digital Factory strategy at the site, and develop and train skills for troubleshooting, providing technical expertise, and mentoring control technicians.
This role offers opportunities for innovation, partnership development, and documentation of electrical and control systems maintenance logs and other required documentation on equipment repairs.
