What Will Your Main Responsibilities Be
- Create new global formulations for Dove Bar & Dove Bodywash to meet the future needs of the brand & the category.
- Partner with key Global Dove Skin Cleansing Formulation teams, Process Engineering, Supply Chain and Procurement teams along with other relevant cross functional partners, to land new technologies globally.
- Assessment of new surfactant, polymer, and preservative functionality for opportunities in the portfolio
- Utilization of JMP and other digital modeling programs for the design, executing, and analysis of formulation design and robustness.
- Strong scientific curiosity with a keen eye for identifying unexpected results that can be leveraged to help push our products performance
- Critical thinking skills and strong attention to detail to interrogate and develop raw material and chassis specifications, design for robustness and quality, aimed at seamless global rollout
- Identify future opportunities based on the knowledge of evolving external science, consumer & competitive landscape, as well as developing & delivering technical product development briefs.
- Be a digital ambassador, driving best practices, improvements and functional excellence
- BS/BEng in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, or relevant scientific or cosmetic science degree.
- 1 Years of experience in product design for the Personal Care technologies
- Proven ability to work with the latest digital tools, to drive data value and support in-silico first approach.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with both internal and external partners to deliver projects for new technology development.
- Ability to effectively balance multiple concurrent activities and deliver to established deadlines.
- Understanding of core principles of surfactant science and the use of surfactant chemistry in formulation design.

Salary : $67,000 - $100,500
