What you'll do
Trouble shoot, repair, maintain, and install program electrical / electronic equipment.
Responsible for maintenance and repair of mechanical and hydraulic equipment.
Generate and implement continuous improvement ideas for plant maintenance.
Follow local, state and federal electrical codes.
Assist with preventative and predictive maintenance task as needed.
Hands on work ethic in a cross functional environment.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned or required.
What you need to succeed
Related education in electrical field preferred.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing electrician position.
Working Knowledge of Siemens S7 and S5.
PLC understanding and programming a plus (Current equipment Siemens PC / PLCs Allen Bradley).
Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and parts specifications.
Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics and general mechanical.
