We’re looking for a Quality Assurance Technician (QA Tech) to help ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality. If you’re detail-oriented, passionate about consistency, and thrive in a team environment, this is the role for you!
What You’ll Do:
- Ensure all manufactured and packaged products meet or exceed company quality standards.
- Conduct quality assurance tests and inspections to verify product specifications.
- Distinguish product colors and blends with accuracy.
- Perform sieve analysis for aggregates before use.
- Document and communicate defects or irregularities in real time.
- Work closely with operators and supervisors to improve processes and maintain quality.
- Lead daily Quality Management Meetings (DMM) and report on prior day performance.
- Participate in team discussions to enhance efficiency and product quality.
- Conduct weekly 5S audits to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Assist with general housekeeping tasks in the work area.
- Lift up to 50 lbs. and perform tasks requiring standing, stooping, and reaching.
- Take on additional responsibilities and special projects as needed.
What You Bring:
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent (Manufacturing experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right person!)
- Sharp attention to detail—quality starts with you.
- Basic mechanical aptitude with the ability to operate and adjust equipment.
- Strong teamwork and a self-driven work ethic.
- Reliable attendance and a commitment to safety.
- English fluency to ensure safe and effective communication.
