The Inventory Clerk is responsible for the organisation, tracking, and management of spare parts required for ULD (Unit Load Device) repairs and maintenance. This role ensures efficient inventory control, accurate stock records, and timely ordering and receiving of parts, supporting Unilode’s MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management and Organisation

- Organize the storage of spare parts, ensuring easy access and a structured classification system.
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels, spare parts usage, and inventory adjustments.
- Conduct bi-weekly stock inventories and reconcile discrepancies.
Spare Parts Procurement and Receiving

- Monitor inventory levels and order spare parts based on stock status and pending ULD repairs.
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming parts, ensuring compliance with company processes.
- Prepare spare parts for ULD repairs in collaboration with inspectors and technicians.

- Define and document inventory management procedures to improve efficiency.
- Train inspectors and repair technicians on effective store management practices.
- Support continuous improvements in inventory tracking, stock forecasting, and logistics coordination.
