Tasks:
Assists office staff in maintaining files and databases
Prepares contracts and POs from templates
Preparation of CORs towards subcontractors and owner
Preparation of payment applications to owners
Process invoicing and payroll from sub-contractors
Schedules appointments and meetings for executives and upper level staff
Serves as the go-to for office inquiries
Common Office Administrator Job Skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy
Highly organized and flexible
Must be self directed and able to complete projects with limited supervision
Working knowledge of email, scheduling, spreadsheets and presentation software
Common Office Administrator Job Requirements
3 years or more related experience in construction industry
Minimum: Associates Degree or Higher
