Auto Parts Inside Sales
Summary:
Our Commercial sales people are responsible for utilizing an abundance of resources to acquire products that meet our commercial customers’ needs correctly and in a timely manner. They are also responsible for providing exceptional Customer Service, and maintaining expert knowledge on parts. Pay is dependent on experience. Responsibilities:
- Respond to phone calls from Commercial Customers seeking to purchase automotive parts
- Responsible for supporting Commercial accounts by acquiring parts, providing follow ups, and working with store personnel to ensure timely service delivery
- Respond to customer complaints, concerns, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain records and process returns for Commercial customers
- Assist with resolving returns, invoice and additional billing related issues
- Assist with sales and information calls to existing and potential Commercial customers
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and repair
- 1-3 years of experience working with Commercial Customers in the Auto industry preferred
- Excellent communication skills, decision making abilities, and excellent selling skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the business needs
- Ability to work independently or with team members on joint projects
- Ability to effectively manage change in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
- ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certifications are a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
