We are seeking a motivated individual for a full-time Corporate Secretary. This individual will be responsible for providing executive level support to our President & CEO, Executive Management Team, Board of Directors, and shareholders, recording and maintaining director and committee meeting minutes as well as ensuring corporate and director compliance with by-laws and state/federal laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will also work closely with shareholders, answering questions and handling requests, preparing shareholders meeting materials and monitoring proxy activity.

Requirements
1. Minimum of 5 years administrative experience, ideally supporting at the executive level. Strong preference for individuals with experience working in the financial services industry in an administrative/project management capacity.
2. Ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity and professionalism.
3. Ability to keep up to date with pertinent banking regulations and banking principles.
4. Experience with Microsoft Products is preferred (Teams, outlook, word, excel, etc.
