Your primary responsibilities will revolve around fostering a positive resident experience, managing our social media platforms, and driving our reputation management efforts. A key component of this role will be building and maintaining relationships with local businesses to create mutually beneficial partnerships. Responsibilities:
- Resident Relations:
- Be the primary point of contact for resident concerns, proactively addressing issues and ensuring resident satisfaction.
- Develop and implement resident appreciation programs and events to foster a strong sense of community.
- Create “wow” moments for residents, going above and beyond to exceed expectations.
- Proactively solicit and respond to resident feedback, using it to improve the resident experience.
- Manage online reviews and reputation, responding to comments and working to improve our online presence.
- Social Media & Marketing:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to grow our platforms and increase engagement.
- Create engaging and high-quality content (photos, videos, stories, etc.) for all social media channels.
- Monitor social media channels for mentions and engage with followers.
- Track social media analytics and report on performance
- Community Outreach & Business Partnerships:
- Identify and partner with local businesses to cross-promote services and events, creating value for residents, Union Berkley and local businesses
- Develop creative network outreach marketing strategies to foster community relationships and enhance Union Berkley's presence in the neighborhood.
- Organize and host joint events with local businesses to engage residents and the wider community.
- Maintain ongoing communication with partner businesses to ensure strong relationships and identify new opportunities for collaboration.
- Leasing Consultant Duties:
- Greet and qualify prospective residents, showcasing available units and community amenities.
- Conduct property tours and effectively communicate the value proposition of Union Berkley.
- Manage the leasing process from application to move-in, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of resident interactions and property maintenance requests.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and all applicable laws.
- Collaborate with the property management and maintenance teams.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a customer service or resident relations role.
- Strong social media skills and experience managing business accounts.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- A positive, energetic, and proactive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
