Administrative and Marketing Coordinator - Integrated Wealth Management Firm

Due to our high-touch approach where we serve to delight our clientele, we are seeking an Administrative and Marketing Coordinator to maintain our high service-level and help us expand.
Job Description:
The Administrative and Marketing Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting our strategic objectives by assisting with a myriad of administrative duties and coordinating our marketing/branding function across various communication modalities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hybrid work setting with greater emphasis on in-office attendance during orientation
- Answer and route inbound calls from the main number
- Assist in booking client meetings and preparation of presentation collateral
- Assist with physical office preparation for client meetings
- Ensure our collateral has a consistent look-and-feel from a branding perspective
- Support Financial Advisors with data entry into various software applications
- Document and facilitate our go-to-market strategy from a marketing perspective
- Identify Key Performance Indicators used to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
- Own our social media messaging campaigns
- Collaborate with outside vendors for web design, marketing campaigns, search-engine optimization etc.
- Serve in administrative capacity to our founder/CEO
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- A desire for innovation and creativity to experiment with novel marketing ideas
- A strong set of ethics/morals and to always act with integrity.
- Excellent analytical skills to measure effectiveness and attention to detail.
- A team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A growth-mindset with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Knowledge of financial industry along with its various compliancy/regulatory rules a plus
- Entry-level experience in a financial planning or wealth management firm is a plus.
- Strong computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft 365.
