Responsibilities
- Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or excess.
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
- Utilize systems such as Oracle EBS and AS400 for inventory management and order processing.
- Assist in production planning by forecasting material needs based on sales trends and production schedules.
- Support e-commerce initiatives by managing online inventory and coordinating with sales teams.
- Conduct regular audits of inventory to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Generate reports on purchasing activities, supplier performance, and inventory status.
Skills
