Production Related Skills

·         Creates and Maintains SOPs

·         Ability to troubleshoot production issues and take corrective action

·         Experience setting process parameters and following up with operators on a shift-by-shift basis

·         Prefers Hands On involvement with day-to-day production

·         Works with the operators to foster a continuous improvement environment

·         Process Improvement mindset

·         Experience with analyzing daily productivity

·         Ability to read and interpret part drawings

·         Ability to multi-task and prioritize
